Booking & Payment
- All services require upfront payment or a deposit to confirm reservations.
- Full payment must be completed prior to the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, timing, and third-party vendor fees.
- Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to third-party deductions).
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to the nature of high-demand, time-sensitive bookings.
- No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.
Client Conduct
- Clients must act respectfully toward all staff, vendors, and talent.
- Any form of misconduct, including abusive behavior or illegal activity, will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our discretion.
Access & Availability
- All exclusive access (e.g., backstage passes, red carpet events) is subject to availability and venue-specific rules.
- While we strive to deliver every request, we cannot guarantee availability for all high-demand or last-minute services.
- Force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, cancellations by venues) are outside our control and non-refundable.
Confidentiality & Privacy
- We uphold the highest level of discretion for all clients.
- Any personal information or sensitive requests are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be provided upon request.
Liability Disclaimer
- Beyond the Velvet Rope is not liable for losses, damages, or injuries that occur during third-party services or events.
- Clients agree to use third-party services (e.g., transportation, venues) at their own risk.
- Any disputes with third-party vendors will be facilitated by us, but remain between the client and the vendor.
Intellectual Property
- All branding, media, and proprietary content provided by Beyond the Velvet Rope remains the property of the company unless explicitly stated.
- Use of our name, likeness, or promotional materials requires written permission.
Amendments
- These terms are subject to change without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or by request.
